Description
Once a bustling citadel, now a haunting rally point where devils gather to plot and strategize their incursions into the decaying remnants of the material plane. The air crackles with dark energy as barbed figures exchange sinister whispers, their eyes gleaming with a predatory hunger for chaos and conquest.
Appearance
A barren plateau surrounded by jagged cliffs, shrouded in swirling crimson mists, marked by a circle of burnt black stone and carved sigils glowing ominously under a blood-red sky, with faint echoes of laughter and clashing steel.
