Archdevils in D&D 5e are the big cheese in Hell. Like CEOs of fiery departments, they rule over their own layer of the Nine Hells, with only the ultimate boss, Asmodeus, above them. Each Archdevil is a super powerful fiend with their own schemes and ambitions. They might cooperate with or backstab each other, but they all have one thing in common: absolute power within their own infernal domain.
