Appearance
The hill is crowned with statues and banners bearing the Targaryen sigil, with terraced gardens and stone stairways leading up from the bustling city below. The architecture blends medieval stonework with dragon motifs, and the area is often shrouded in a light mist from the nearby Blackwater Rush.
