Description
The Aegonfort, a historic motte-and-bailey fort, stands atop Aegon's High Hill at the mouth of the Blackwater Rush. Initially constructed with a log keep and a cavernous longhall, it has evolved to include a stone kitchen, stables, a granary, barracks, an armory, a sept, and a drum tower, all within its fortified palisade. The Iron Throne, a symbol of power, resides in the smoky longhall, though the fort is notably less spacious than the older Dragonstone castle.
Appearance
The Aegonfort features towering wooden walls, a high keep, and a longhall filled with the scent of smoke and history. Its stone kitchen and various outbuildings create a bustling atmosphere, while the imposing drum tower watches over the surrounding lands.
