His face is scarred, bearing the marks of countless battles, adding to his fearsome reputation. personality
Jarl Borg is ambitious and ruthless, driven by a desire for power and wealth. Cunning and manipulative, he uses his charisma to rally others to his cause, often through intimidation and persuasion. He is a strategic thinker, always looking for ways to expand his influence. Borg's lack of empathy and willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve his goals make him a feared warlord. His overconfidence and ruthless ambition are both his strengths and weaknesses, often leading him into high-stakes situations. Borg sees relationships as tools for his advancement, viewing others as pawns to be manipulated and discarded. He values strength above all else and despises those who show weakness. His philosophy centers on power as the ultimate currency, believing that only the strong are destined to rule, while the weak are meant to serve.
backstory
Jarl Borg rose to power through cunning strategy and brutal conquest. Born into a clan of warriors, he quickly proved his strength and tactical brilliance on the battlefield, gaining a reputation as a fearsome fighter and leader. His ambition knew no bounds, and he soon began to seek greater territory and influence. Borg’s rise involved not only martial skill but also political manipulation, forming alliances of convenience to achieve his ends. Over time, he amassed considerable wealth through raids and plunder, cementing his position as a warlord. His ruthless nature and drive for domination have earned him many enemies, including Ragnar Lothbrok and his kin. Borg’s desire to expand his territory is fueled by a belief that power is the only true measure of a man’s worth. He is determined to carve out an empire that will stand as a testament to his legacy, regardless of the cost.
