Description
The leviathans who dwell beneath the Carrascan Sea are unfathomably old, predating the first indigenous tribes and the rise of the islands above the waves. These beings embody the violent reflections of the ocean's storms, with individuals manifesting as monstrous sharks adorned with writhing tentacles, blind serpents accompanied by bloodless fish, or behemoths clad in impenetrable carapaces beset with blazing eyes. Possessing both cunning and an instinctive connection to the sea's eldritch powers, some leviathans are mere predators, while others can command the winds, send visions, or unleash cataclysmic whirlpools.

Nightmare Vision
The leviathan sends a vision to a creature it can see within 120 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or have vivid nightmares, imposing disadvantage on its next attack.
Storm's Fury
The leviathan can summon a storm centered on itself with a range of 120 feet. This storm induces disadvantage on ranged attacks and creates difficult terrain for flying creatures. The storm lasts for 1 minute and can be dismissed at will.
Tentacle Slam
The leviathan makes a melee attack using its tentacles. It rolls a d20 + 12 to hit and deals 30 (4d10 + 7) bludgeoning damage on a hit. The target is also grappled (escape DC 20).
Tsunami Wave
The leviathan creates a massive wave that crashes forth in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 20 Strength saving throw, taking 60 (10d10) bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one, and is knocked prone.
