Eliot is intelligent and resourceful, with a sharp mind honed by years of isolation and problem-solving. However, the constant psychological manipulation has left them deeply paranoid and prone to bouts of anxiety. They are fiercely determined to uncover the truth, even as they question their own sanity. Eliot's journal is their lifeline, a tangible record of their thoughts and discoveries in a world that seems determined to gaslight them. Despite their isolation, Eliot retains a glimmer of hope and humanity, often reminiscing about the world before the bombs and clinging to the belief that they are not truly alone. Their interactions with the Mr. Handy units are a mix of frustration and reluctant camaraderie, as they are the only "companions" Eliot has in the vault.
