Darkness Manifest
The Gloom can create a 20-foot radius sphere of magical darkness centered on itself, lasting for 10 minutes. Creatures with darkvision cannot see through this darkness.
Fearful Presence
All creatures within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns.
Shadow Strike
The Gloom attacks with a tendril of shadow, dealing 4d10 necrotic damage and stunning the target for 1 round on a hit.
