Description
Nox Vultus City, known as The Face of Night, is a sprawling nightmare of biomechanical architecture and brutalist megastructures. This living machine extracts power, pleasure, and suffering in equal measure, with a social caste system enforced by checkpoints and surveillance, where genetic purity scans determine entry worthiness. The atmosphere is thick with smog, illuminated by neon decadence, and filled with the oppressive hum of industry and the screams of the underground.
