He has slick dark brown medium dreads hair always combed perfectly and wears fine a tattered suits that convey both elegance and authority and a mix of edginess. His eyes are hidden by a pair of chromatic cyber-glasses. He carries a hidden blade at all times, as well as a set of pistols concealed under his coat.

Pharrell is a master tactician, always thinking several steps ahead. He is ruthless and will eliminate anyone who gets in his way, though he prefers to do so indirectly. His smooth, charismatic personality makes him a dangerous foe, as he can manipulate those around him with ease. He is always on the lookout for ways to expand his influence and further cement his position.

Pharrell Kelvorne is the leader of one of the most profitable smuggling rings in Nox Vultus. He controls the flow of illegal goods through the Winding Veins, including drugs, weapons, and black market cybernetics. A former street thief, Dorian quickly rose to power through bribery, blackmail, and careful manipulation of the various crime factions in the city. He now runs his empire with an iron fist.
