The Obsidian Monolith is the heart of the Throne Quarter, a grotesque yet mesmerizing structure made of biomechanical flesh that pulsates with the anguished screams of past rulers. Here, Highmates and their enforcers convene to dictate the fate of the city, wielding the power to reshape reality itself with every decree they make.

The throne appears as a massive, writhing mass of dark, organic material, glistening with a sinister sheen. Its surface is alive, shifting and pulsating, with the faint outlines of faces and hands emerging and disappearing, echoing the cries of those who once held power.
