Description
The Grinning Hole is a walled-off slum in the Black Maw, where the victims of the Laughing Plague reside. Infected individuals are trapped in a state of uncontrollable laughter, their bodies slowly decaying while they giggle and cackle, creating an eerie atmosphere of madness and despair.
Appearance
The area is surrounded by high, crumbling walls, with makeshift tents and shanties spilling out into the streets. The air is filled with the sound of manic laughter, and the ground is littered with remnants of the afflicted, their faces twisted in grotesque smiles.
