Description
You tear open the fabric of the universe, opening a rift to the Void that releases a torrent of necrotic energy in a 50-foot radius. Creatures in the area take 40d10 necrotic damage; those failing a Constitution save drop to 0 HP, while those succeeding take half damage. The area is cursed for 1 week, preventing resurrection and halving healing magic effectiveness. All affected creatures permanently lose 1 Wisdom point.
