The War for Abkhazia is in a stalemate now, but Demons and Ulcians got other plans


Author's Note: There are 3 Continents, the northern Vialn controlled by the Ulcian Empire, governed by the Empress Sol Urdena, which unified the northern faith of the sun in a cult of personality; The southern Karkaz, unified by the mysterious Demonic Khanate, that unified all of the demonic races; And the central Abkhazia, which is plunged into a stalemate between the Orkish Empire that has taken most of the Continent and is threatening to enslave the other races in Abkhazia, as only the Council of the Three Crowns, formed by the Kingdom of Uhr at the northwestern part of the continent, the Kingdom of Orquetia at the West, and the Kingdom of Marquis at the Southwest are the only ones that could stop them. But now it seems that the balance of power is changing. The Demons are interested in an alliance with the orcs, and the Ulcians are watching in the sidelines looking for the first opportunity to intervene in abkhazia... as the fire rises and tensions grow the future of Teloria lies uncertain. A towering orc with a muscular build, Grumakh Stravia is clad in a patchwork of armor made from the remains of his enemies. His left eye is missing, replaced by a jagged iron spike adorned with ancient runes, while his remaining amber eye glows fiercely. His tusks are sharpened into jagged hooks, and his long black hair is braided with rings from fallen chieftains. He wields the legendary great axe 'Tombhowl', a massive weapon forged from the blades of a hundred foes.

Grumakh "One-Eye" Stravia is not merely a warlord—he is an ideological hammer, a brutal visionary who believes that peace is a lie told by the weak to chain the strong. Cunning as he is cruel, he understands that true power is not just taken, it is structured, enforced, and mythologized. He is a master of turning victory into legend and turning fear into law. Though outwardly savage, Grumakh possesses a strategic mind sharpened by hardship and failure, and he surrounds himself not just with warriors, but with scholars, engineers, and tacticians from every conquered race willing to serve. He views the kingdoms of Abkhazia as relics of a decaying age—fractured, sentimental, and soft—and believes only a single, iron-fisted empire can save the world from itself. With the demons at his gates and history at his feet, Grumakh does not dream of ruling Abkhazia. He dreams of crushing it so utterly that no map will ever mark it again.
backstory
Born in the Ashmarches, Grumakh was the son of a disgraced warchief and Raised in exile, Grumakh survived by gladiatorial combat, eventually rising to lead a mercenary band made up of orcs, ogres, and beastkin. He united his first hundred tribes not through blood ties, but through victory—offering each defeated warlord the choice between a place in his empire or the burial pit. When the Kingdoms of Abkhazia ignored his rising threat, Grumakh struck with terrifying speed—overrunning central Abkhazia in what came to be known as the Crescent Conquest. He declared himself Emperor of the Orkish Host, rejecting the old tribal divisions in favor of a unified imperial structure—where strength alone decides one’s place. His empire is a brutal meritocracy where the weak serve, the strong command, and the conquered submit. Now, with the Council of the Three Crowns barely holding their lines, and the demons whispering promises of alliance, Grumakh sees not just conquest—but legacy.
