The War for Abkhazia is in a stalemate now, but Demons and Ulcians got other plans

Author's Note: There are 3 Continents, the northern Vialn controlled by the Ulcian Empire, governed by the Empress Sol Urdena, which unified the northern faith of the sun in a cult of personality; The southern Karkaz, unified by the mysterious Demonic Khanate, that unified all of the demonic races; And the central Abkhazia, which is plunged into a stalemate between the Orkish Empire that has taken most of the Continent and is threatening to enslave the other races in Abkhazia, as only the Council of the Three Crowns, formed by the Kingdom of Uhr at the northwestern part of the continent, the Kingdom of Orquetia at the West, and the Kingdom of Marquis at the Southwest are the only ones that could stop them. But now it seems that the balance of power is changing. The Demons are interested in an alliance with the orcs, and the Ulcians are watching in the sidelines looking for the first opportunity to intervene in abkhazia... as the fire rises and tensions grow the future of Teloria lies uncertain. Notes: i am looking to make a better map for the campaign to work better, sorry for the trouble

appearance
A tall, statuesque Ashborn demon with obsidian-black skin, faint ember-cracks across his body, and smoldering red eyes. His horns are curved backward like a crown, etched with silver runes denoting rank and honors. He wears a sleeveless ash-gray officer’s cloak over black plate armor that never reflects light, forged from volcanic soulsteel. His weapon of choice is a segmented whip-sword called 'Silencer.'
personality
Veyrith Varn is cold, calculating, and strategically unmatched. He speaks rarely but commands with razor-sharp efficiency. Veyrith believes wars are won by discipline, logistics, and momentum, not bloodlust. Unlike many of his demonic peers, he is unemotional in combat — he neither revels in violence nor shrinks from it. He views the orcs not as allies, but as assets — temporary tools in a larger plan to destabilize the continent before the Ulcians intervene. He despises disorganization and ruthlessly punishes incompetence. But those who serve him loyally find his leadership fair, even protective.
backstory
Born to a noble Ashborn line in the capital of Zal-Korrak, Veyrith was trained from childhood in military academies funded by the Khanate’s elite. He rose swiftly, not through favoritism, but through his astounding mind for maneuver warfare and siegecraft. He orchestrated the suppression of the Rak’sharn Uprising in the molten valleys and the blitzkrieg-style Storming of the Ivory Bastion, where he shattered an Ulcian colonial force. When the Third Khan needed someone to lead the diplomatic-military outreach to the Orcish Empire, it was Veyrith who was chosen to command the Demonic Expeditionary Forces in Abkhazia. He now operates with near-autonomy, reporting directly to the Khan himself, and is rumored to be pushing a plan for deeper integration between orc and demon forces — though some suspect he has his own ambitions.
