Despite Ard Carraigh holding the title of current capital, Ban Ard remains revered as the true pearl of Kaedwen, known for its rich mining heritage and proximity to the significant site of Prophet Lebioda's martyrdom. The city is home to a formidable armored cavalry brigade, fiercely respected throughout the Kaedwenian Army, and is governed by the esteemed Bugrave.
