Description

Foglets may appear wherever thick fog can arise: swamplands, mountain passes, or the shores of rivers and lakes. If no fog is forthcoming, they create or summon it themselves, quickly thickening the air undisturbed by the wind, signaling their presence and preparing for an attack. With the ability to manipulate fog, they separate travelers from each other, hide trails, and deafen noise. Their ghastly glow emits a pale light that lures the lost into perilous locations such as ravines or swamps, where they create their lairs. Foglets are said to possess an ability to create illusions rivaling human mages, making them truly enigmatic and threatening foes.

Ethereal Shift

The foglet can become incorporeal as a bonus action, allowing it to move through solid objects or avoid attacks until the start of its next turn.

Fog Manipulation

The foglet can manipulate the surrounding fog to create heavy mist, obscuring vision and causing all creatures within a 30-foot radius to suffer disadvantage on Perception checks.

Illusory Mirage

The foglet can create an illusion of up to two creatures or objects within a 30-foot radius, which lasts for 1 minute and can be used to confuse or mislead its enemies.

Lure of the Fog

As an action, the foglet can emit a glowing light that attracts a creature within 60 feet, compelling it to move towards the foglet, potentially leading to dangerous terrain.
