Description
Barghests are spectral hounds born from the cursed remnants of tragic events. They wander the night, unleashing terror upon the unwary, embodying the wrath of ancient grudges and dark deeds. These phantoms hold no allegiance to the living, chasing down sinners and saints alike with brutal tenacity, driven by a relentless hunger for vengeance.

Frightening Howl (Recharge 5-6)
The Barghest lets out a horrific howl. Each creature within 30 feet that can hear the Barghest must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Pack Tactics
The Barghest has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of the Barghest's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
Phantom Fire
The Barghest exhales a blast of ghostly flames in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
