Description
The heart of governance and refined tradition in Piltover, featuring marble towers with hextech enhancements, steam-powered elevators, and glowing lampposts that dim during council sessions. The district is a blend of elegant architecture and advanced technology, embodying the city's spirit of innovation and order.
Appearance
Tall, elegant buildings carved from pale stone or polished brick with hextech filigree glowing like circuitry-art nouveau. Stained glass windows depict idealized historical events. Wide streets lined with council banners, arcane gaslights, and engraved plaques. At the center stands the Piltover Council Spire, a towering structure with a central rotunda and attached libraries, offices, and debate chambers.
