Constructed of polished ivory stone with domed brass-capped lecture halls, it features alchemical gardens with steam vents and a hex-powered clocktower that keeps time for the entire city.

The building is made of polished ivory stone with copper-wrought archways and domed lecture halls capped in shimmering brass. Steam softly hisses from vents beneath lush alchemical gardens, and a towering hex-powered clocktower rises above the central courtyard, visible across the city skyline.
