Description
The Rookery looms in the heart of the Gutters, a tangle of cobbled-together structures that defy conventional architecture. Steam pipes crisscross its exterior, venting into the smog-filled sky, while rickety balconies and bridges connect the buildings. At the center, a grand, albeit dilapidated, manor house serves as the command center, draped in banners bearing the guild's insignia: a stylized black raven.
