Description
Once a booming hub of industry, the Northside Industrial District now lies in a state of decay and neglect. The remnants of Japanese investments are overshadowed by the financial crisis that has gripped the area, leaving it plagued by poverty. Only a handful of mid-level employees remain to oversee the dwindling operations of the few factories still in business. The organized gang known as the Maelström has moved in, utilizing the abandoned structures for braindance studios and as hideouts for stolen goods.
